One exciting new option for qualified autologous donors is the availability of automated collection of two red blood cells during just one visit to LifeStream. Please review these options carefully.
Each request for autologous or directed blood donation service must be ordered using the form entitled: Request for Autologous and Directed Donor Blood Components. For donors requiring more than one donation prior to surgery, a single form is adequate.
Note: Previously arranged “standing orders” with LifeStream will no longer be utilized to schedule procedures.
