The following is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between LifeStream (the new name for the Blood Bank of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties), a California non-profit public benefit corporation with offices at 384 West Orange Show Road, San Bernardino, California 92408 (hereinafter referred to as "LifeStream," "we," "us," or "our") and "you," (also referred to herein as the "User") the user of this website. By accessing, browsing and/or using this website ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound to these terms of service ("Terms") and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use this Site. You understand and agree that LifeStream will treat your use of this Site as acceptance of the Terms from that point forward. Our Site's principle domain is www.lstream.org, but we may also point other domain names to the same site (including, without limitation, www.lifestream-bloodservices.org, or any of the other domain names owned by LifeStream).
Modification of Terms
LifeStream may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms at any time by updating this webpage. By your use of this Site, you agree to be bound by any such modification or revision and should therefore visit this page periodically to review the Terms.

LifeStream hereby grants you a limited license to view and download a single copy of the Material on this Site solely for your personal and non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the prior written permission of LifeStream. Contests
From time to time, LifeStream may sponsor or advertise contests and/or sweepstakes on this Site. Participation in such contests is entirely voluntary. If you elect to enter any such contest, your participation shall be governed exclusively by the .Official Rules. applicable to the specific contest. You agree to strictly abide by any and all .Official Rules.. Any personally identifiable information you provide in conjunction with any contest shall become the property of LifeStream, and may be used in a manner which is consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

LifeStream makes no claims that the Materials are appropriate for any particular purpose or audience, or that they may be downloaded outside of the United States. All legal issues arising from or related to the use of the Site or to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and determined by the laws of the state of California. In the event of any dispute or action arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement, or to enforce the terms of this Agreement, you hereby accept and submit to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino, or, if that court lacks jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute, to the jurisdiction of the United States District for the Eastern District of California, and irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection which you may now or hereafter have to the laying of the venue of any such action or proceeding brought in such a court and any claim that any such action or proceeding brought in such a court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
In the event LifeStream determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, LifeStream shall have the right to immediately block your use of this Site, and/or pursue any other remedies available to LifeStream under applicable law.
Privacy
LifeStream values your privacy. Any private or confidential information that you provide to LifeStream by your use of this Site shall be treated and protected in accordance with LifeStream's Privacy Policy.
These Terms, together with the accompanying Privacy Policy, contain the entire agreement between you and LifeStream concerning the subject matter of this Agreement and your use of this Site, and the same supersedes any previous understandings or agreements between you and LifeStream, whether written or oral.
