All cancellations for the annual Transfusion Medicine Forum must be made in writing and sent to Cancellations received by Friday, February 21, 2020, will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

There will be no refunds for cancellations within one week of the Forum.


Six continuing education credits are offered for the annual Transfusion Medicine Forum. Documentation for continuing education credit will be provided for applicable clinical laboratory and nursing personnel at the close of the event. For those registering the day of the event, your certification will be mailed to you.


You must attend all 6 courses to receive credit; no partial credit will be given for this event. If for any reason you are more than 20 minutes late to the start of the first presentation (8:20 a.m.), no credit will be offered; however, you are invited to stay and listen to the speakers.
