Scott has more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare field and has served as chief financial officer for organizations recording up to $1 billion in annual revenues. He joined LifeStream in October 2010 and has overseen all finance and purchasing functions, and plays a key role in contractual matters. He was named to his new position in April 2017 and has assumed responsibilities for Human Resources and Community and Corporate Relations. Scott received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Missionary College in Tennessee and his MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
With over 19 years dedicated to LifeStream, starting as a dispatcher in 2010 and advancing to roles such as Director of Donor Resources, Manager of Hospital Services, and Director of Recruitment. As Vice President of Donor Operations, Thresa’s extensive background in product management, hospital services, and donor recruitment has equipped her with the expertise to lead strategic initiatives that increase operational efficiency and strengthen donor engagement. Thresa’s deep industry knowledge and exceptional customer service skills make her a key leader in advancing LifeStream’s mission.
Judy has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources. She joined LifeStream in 2006 as Director of Human Resources, having previously worked in for-profit industries. She earned her B.A. in Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles, and currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at LifeStream.
Chhavy joined LifeStream in 2003 where she started off in Medical Devices and moved into Quality in 2006. Chhavy has 20 years of experience in Quality and Regulatory holding positions such as Compliance Officer, Quality Manager, Manager of Regulatory Affairs, and Director of Regulatory & Quality Systems. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health Science from California State University Fullerton as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. Chhavy has achieved Lean Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belt Certificates. She was a Chairperson for the Quality, Safety & Compliance Committee for the California Blood Bank Society (CBBS) and is currently an approved assessor for the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies (AABB). On January 2026, she was named into her present position as Vice President, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs.
Julianna began her career with LifeStream in 1995 as a mobile staff nurse. In 2005 she was promoted to Manager, Donor Center Operations, overseeing all of the activities for LifeStream’s donor centers. When her duties expanded to include leadership of LifeStream’s telephone recruitment of blood donors function she was promoted to Director, Donor Center Operations. In 2008, Julianna was promoted to Vice President, Technical Operations. In 2017, she was named to her present position as Vice President, Technical and Clinical Affairs, leading Information Services, Therapeutic Apheresis, Clinical Services, Medical Surveillance and the National Marrow Donor Program.
