LifeStream is proud to honor students who go above and beyond by donating blood during their high school years. To recognize these selfless acts, we offer a Red Graduation Cord to students who donate at least three times before graduation.
How to Claim Your Red Graduation Cord
- Donate Blood: Participate in LifeStream’s blood donation drives throughout your high school years. You must donate at least three times during your high school career to qualify for the red cord.
- Submit Your Information
After meeting the donation requirement, fill out the form below by May 25, 2026.
